Don’t be daunted by the idea of self measurement; our Self Measurement Form makes it simple, but it is important that the measurements are accurate so please double check them!

• Relax, sometimes men, in particular, when being measured, hold in their stomachs and stick out their chests! The most accurate measurements are when you stand straight and relax.
• Hold the tape measure lightly but firmly.
• Write down the measurements and then double check; it’s always going to be best if you can get somebody else to do this for you.
